UNADA Board Of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of thirteen members: including the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, and Vice Secretary, Treasurer, Vice Treasurer, Business Development Representative, six other ordinary members and 2 representatives from the Input suppliers.

Activities of UNADA Board
- The smooth running of the Association between meetings of the General Assembly
- For all financial matters relating to the Association except those explicitly reserved for the General Assembly.
- Approve applications for membership & maintain a register of members.
- Present to the General Assembly for approval an annual report and an audited annual financial statement.
- Prepare and present to the General Assembly for approval of annual programme plans and an annual budget.
- Set up working committees and appoint members to such working committees to carry out specific tasks on behalf of the Association.
- Be responsible for the recruitment and supervision of full-time staff in positions approved by the General Assembly. The Board may contract consultants and part-time employees for periods not exceeding six months.
- Call emergency meetings of the General Assembly.
The UNADA BOD sit 4 times a year to discuss issues important issues affecting the association. At the board level, there are also technical working groups that focus on particular issues, carry out research on those issues, analyse them and present their findings/ recommendations to the board during their quarterly meetings. The TWG include policy and advocacy, business and finance, audit committee and livestock committee.
